Catering
We offer full service catering including cooking and setup prior to the event, serving a customized menu buffet-style and teardown following your event. Whether you are having a wedding reception, birthday party, awards dinner or any other event, our catering team will let you focus on your event while we share some delicious Texas Bar-B-Q with your guests. All caterings feature our hickory smoked meats, fixins, bread, pickles, onions, jalapenos, plates and cutlery.
